Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is a Member- owned gated community, with 1,662 residents. Established in 1999 and completed in 2006. We are located in Fort Myers, Florida off of Six Mile Cypress, between Colonial Boulevard & Daniels Parkway. Our community is laid out on over 800 acres featuring two immaculate 18-hole golf courses designed by Azinger & Lewis surrounded by Single Family Homes, Luxury Twin Villas, 2-story Verandas, and 4-story Terrace Condominiums, in addition to the 38 acre fresh water lake, which also serves as the Club’s aqua range.
Ideally located close to everything, but set apart in a private quiet community. Heritage Palms features a boulevard entrance that focuses on a 12 foot high waterfall that cascades down to a rock pool. A palm lined inlet welcomes you at the entrance off Six Mile Cypress. It boasts a renovated 28,400 square foot clubhouse with a picturesque view of the centrally located 38 acre lake- a favorite for weddings, banquets and special events. The clubhouse restaurant offers both formal and informal dining. Surrounding the clubhouse are Golf & Tennis pro shops, heated swimming pools, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium court, tennis center/fitness center, locker rooms, aqua range, and putting & chipping practice green.
Golf
Heritage Palms is an Azinger/Lewis Designed course that features 36- holes of championship golf, a full service Golf Pro Shop, Driving Range, and two practice putting greens. We also offer the Chelsea automated tee time system which provides member an equitable system allowing all players convenience and accessibility to enjoy playing the golf course.
Tennis
Tennis enthusiast of all ages and levels join us on one of the 8 lighted Har-Tru courts for tournament play, social, teaching or charity events. The Tennis Shop and onsite Tennis Professionals will give you the resources you need to have fun and improve your skills.
Our goal is to provide Heritage Palms Members and their Guests with the best tennis experience. We offer a wide range or tennis services, lessons, clinics and products.
Fitness
Our Director of Fitness can help you set up personal training sessions in our fully equipped fitness center which is located at the main Clubhouse. We have an outstanding fitness center state of the art Precor® strength equipment, stretch equipment, and cardio machines such as recumbent and upright bicycles, elliptical machines, stair steppers and treadmills.
Dining & Events
CLUBHOUSE DINING ROOM
Although we are a private gated community our Clubhouse Dining Room is not limited to "members only". It boasts a picturesque view through our expansive windows overlooking the 37 acre lake, making it the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner with friends, neighbors and guests. The Clubhouse Dining Room is a blend of casual and fine dining with a wide range of selections prepared by our Executive Chef. The menu features light lunches, extraordinary buffets, and casual or formal dinners sure to please everyone. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, ask our Hostess for a seat on the Patio which overlooks the 18th Green.
LODGE
The Lodge is a private 5, 000 square foot clubhouse available only to members and transfer members of Heritage Palms. It provides a grand hall for member events, fitness classes and social activities. It houses a second library, card room, art room, bocce courts and the famous poolside Tiki Bar & Grille. The resort swimming pool, waterfall and hot tub area is the main social watering hole.
TIKI BAR & GRILLE
The Tiki Bar & Grille is located poolside at the Lodge and open daily to members and transfer members. It has its own full bar and kitchen. The Tiki Bar & Grille serves an expanded bar and grille lunch menu including healthy choice entrees. Don't forget to join us on the weekend for our breakfast service.
CABANA
The Cabana is open daily to members and guests. This centrally located snack house addressed the many needs for pool users, golfers, tennis players and others. The Cabana serves breakfast sandwiches, a light lunch menu, snacks, and beverages.
